Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form or email us at info@elinlatex.com with your order number.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received the wrong item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping.

Exceptions – Intimate Latex Apparel and Leather or Vegan Underwear
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, latex clothing items and other intimate apparel classified as such (including, but not limited to, bodysuits, bras, panties, and similar garments) are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unopened. These items are final sale once shipped.
